Blue Ridge Neighborhood in North Seattle
This home’s exterior coating had deteriorated from years of harsh bluff-side weather. We sanded down the affected surfaces and applied a fresh new stain for lasting protection and renewed beauty.
Our team of Seattle painters carefully sanded away the old stain from all of the siding boards to prepare the surface for a fresh finish.
We then applied 2 coats of PPG ProLuxe Wood Finish stain, enhancing the natural beauty and rich color of the wood.
The result was a stunning transformation and a refreshed new look for this beautiful bluff-side home overlooking the water.
West Seattle Home Painting Project

When we arrived at this home, the sunny side had extensive peeling and paint failure, so we got straight to work with heavy scraping and sanding.
After hours of detailed prep, we applied a fresh primer coat followed by a beautiful new blue finish to perfectly match the rest of the home.
Windermere Neighborhood Home Interior Painting Project
We work closely with contractors on home remodels and new home construction projects throughout the Seattle, Bellevue area.
For this home remodel, our team was brought in to paint the grand staircase, entryway, and upstairs hallways.
Before any mill-work or doors are ready for paint, we dedicate hours to detailed prep work – protecting banisters, covering surfaces, and sealing off living spaces to ensure a clean process and flawless finish.
Our painters sprayed the mill-work for a smooth consistent finish, then applied the wall paint by brush and roller for complete coverage and precision.
The final result was a fresh, updated entryway that beautifully complemented the rest of the home.
Occidental Mall Commercial Storefronts Downtown Seattle
We partner with building ownership groups and property management companies on a wide range of commercial and multi-family painting projects throughout Seattle – including historic properties and tenant turnover spaces.
For this project, our team refreshed the storefronts and windows along Occidental Mall using paint colors approved by the Pioneer Square Preservation Board.
Careful preparation and attention to detail helped preserve the historic character of the building while giving these commercial spaces a clean, updated appearance.
West Marginal Commercial Building Seattle
This older concrete building was well overdue for a fresh coat of paint.
We began with a thorough power washing and removal of the failing paint to properly prepare the surface. Because of the building’s age, many of the concrete joints required extensive caulking and repair using a durable epoxy joint filler.
After the repairs were completed to the building, we applied a full coat of primer followed by two finish coats of paint for long-lasting protection. By combining blue with two complementary shades of gray, we also gave the building a cleaner more modern look with added a bit of character.
